Wi-Fi Services

Custom Owner Wi-Fi Network Name & Password

Seychelles Owners, if you would like to setup a custom, password protected Wi-Fi network for your unit, please enter the Wi-Fi network name and password below. Network names can be a maximum of 20 characters; letters and numbers only, no special characters. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters; letters and numbers only, no special characters. Custom Wi-Fi network name and password service is only available to Seychelles condo owners.

The standard/guest Wi-Fi network name for each unit is "SEY-####". For custom owner Wi-Fi networks, we recommend creating a name that will differentiate between the two network options. For example, "Owner-SEY-101".

For security reasons, IPacket cannot give out custom Wi-Fi network names or passwords to condo guests or renters.

WiFi Speed Upgrade

Wired Ethernet Connectivity

$149.99 - Enable wired outlets throughout condo with ethernet internet access

Price is a one-time charge. IPacket to install a 6-port Gigabit un-managed switch in Owner Leviton panel to enable wired ethernet connectivity. Price does not include repairing wiring issues to the outlet(s), or wiring-related problems.

Billing is done on a quarterly basis. An invoice will be delivered via email to the email address submitted in the Billing Information section above.
To enroll in automatic bill payment, please complete and submit the Auto-Draft Authorization Form, OR, the Credit Card Authorization Form.
Simple, flat rate bill: 1) Monthly phone and/or internet price 2) Mandatory Florida 13.62% communications tax for voice customers. No additional taxes/fees for equipment, usage, service, etc. will be added to your bill.
