WiFi Services

Custom Owner Wi-Fi Network Name & Password

Seachase Owners, if you would like to setup a custom, password protected Wi-Fi network for your unit, please enter the Wi-Fi network name and password below. Network names can be a maximum of 20 characters; letters and numbers only. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters; letters and numbers only, no special characters. Custom Wi-Fi network name and password service is only available to condo owners.

The standard guest Wi-Fi network name is "SCH-GUESTS". For custom owner Wi-Fi networks, we recommend creating a name that will differentiate between the two network options. for example, "Owner-SCH-101".

For security reasons, IPacket cannot give out custom Wi-Fi network names or passwords to condo guests or renters.

There is no charge to modify, add or change the WiFi network names. If you would like to change the WiFi network name for multiple units, please submit a separate form for each unit.

Voice Services

All plans requires a 12-month commitment.
Voice Service Features:

  • Voicemail with remote access/delivery
  • Toll block to prevent billable calls
  • Free business 411 directory assistance
  • Caller ID, Caller Name & call waiting with caller ID
  • Enhanced emergency 911 compliant - actual room number registered in emergency responder system
  • No additional charges/ fees to keep your existing number or to receive a new number

**If you opt to keep your existing number, you must download, complete and submit the Letter of Agency Release Form along with a recent copy of your phone bill.

  • Billing is done on a quarterly basis. An invoice will be delivered via email to the email address submitted in the Billing Information section above.
  • To enroll in automatic bill payment, please complete and submit the Auto-Draft Authorization Form, OR, the Credit Card Authorization Form.
  • Simple, flat rate bill: 1) Monthly phone and/or internet price 2) Mandatory Florida 13.62% communications tax for voice customers. No additional taxes/fees for equipment, usage, service, etc. will be added to your bill.
  • Enhanced emergency 911 compliant - actual room number registered in emergency responder system
  • New Voice lines are installed on the second Wednesday of every month.
