IPacket’s Managed Voice plans allow customers to build their own service offering based on their deployment and user needs. Options range from basic, hosted E911 service, to premier hospitality or enterprise-grade onsite PBX voice systems.
For hospitality and residential markets, the property can deliver a bulk E911 or local only service with the ability for individual users to upgrade their plan for a duration of time, at their own expense.
IPacket owns and maintains our own IP-standard voice network infrastructure that is managed in-house to provide the option of a hosted, hassle-free service. Customers can utilize all the features and benefits of a full PBX without the costly upfront expense and maintenance of ownership.
With IPacket’s redefined pricing, customers pay a truly simple, flat monthly rate that is free of all hidden taxes, fees and unexpected charges. Our bills only include the monthly phone plan price and applicable state/county taxes.
